JEWELRY BOWL ONLINE WORKSHOP

on the 20th and 21st of May (Saturday and Sunday) 2023

from 5pm to 10 pm (Central European Time)

5 + 5 hours live sessions

Come and join us for this course!

Do you have a lot of jewelry and trinkets and don’t know how to store them?
You would probably need a jewelry bowl.
You can organize your treasures perfectly in the small compartments…and it looks
good too 🙂
I recommend this course for advanced feltmakers.

What will you learn?

I will show you one of my special techniques, with the help of which you can connect different spatial forms, put them together with a definite connection line, so that the joints remain perfectly hidden.
You can also use the same technique later when making sculptures.
I will make different variations of the bowls, and you can choose which one to make.
We will work with 19 Micron Australian merino wool tops.
The emphasis will be on connecting the shapes. I leave it up to you whether you will decorate the different shapes with some fabrics or fibres or just work simply with wool.
We will decorate the inside of the shapes with prefelt pieces. You can make them simply from wool, but you can also use sequined fabrics, metallic silk organza fabric, various silk fabrics, silk or viscose thread, wool and mohair yarns, in short, anything that is suitable for Nuno felting and that you like.
You will have to prepare these prefelt pieces yourself before the course.
I will send more instructions on this after your registration.
During the live and interactive sessions you will receive step by step assistance by me on how to create this jewelry bowl.

How much does it cost and what is included in the price?
